I really loved the cozy and charming decor of the cottage. The old-fashioned furniture and quaint decorations made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The general areas of the cottage were well-kept and had a lovely ambiance. As a senior person, I appreciated that the cottage was accessible with no steep stairs or tricky obstacles to navigate.
It would have been even better if there were some grab bars in the bathroom. It would have provided extra support and safety for senior guests like myself.

I enjoyed the nearby golfing and cycling, and the cozy cottage with its washing machine and fireplace. The airport was conveniently far enough, and the holiday home had all the necessities.
Oh, I just loved not having an instruction booklet and struggling with the hot heaters and leaky shower. Such a delight!

we recently stayed at a charming fisherman's cottage in Staithes. It had lots of character and a great location near the harbour, shops, restaurants, and attractions like the museum, art galleries, and craft shop. the cottage was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were cozy and the bedrooms spacious, although the top floor bedroom had low wooden beams that required some caution. it was a delightful and affordable accommodation.
No issues! 👌🙂.

The bathroom with a bath or shower in Bulmers Cottage was amazing. I loved the spaciousness and the option to either have a quick shower or relax in a soothing bath. As someone who enjoys both options, it was perfect for me.
Personally, I would have preferred if there was an additional bathroom with a shower.

The bathroom with a bath or shower was just what we needed after a long day exploring. It was refreshing to have the choice between a relaxing soak or a quick shower. We felt completely refreshed and ready for another day of adventures.
Personally, we would have preferred another bathroom with a shower instead of just one.

The bathroom with a bath or shower was absolutely fantastic! I mean, who doesn't love having options, right? It's like having the best of both worlds. I could relax in a bubble bath after a long day or just take a quick refreshing shower. Loved it!
Personally, I didn't really care for the other bathroom with just a shower. But hey, that's just me.

We had a lovely stay at Bulmers Cottage. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all amenities in the charming village. The cottage itself had a lot of character and was well-decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. We also appreciated the amenities provided during our stay.
The downstairs living space was a bit dark and gloomy due to the close proximity of other buildings. However, the upstairs rooms were light and cheery, especially the top bedroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming, character-filled fisherman's cottage. The location was unbeatable, with the harbour, shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries. The cottage provided all the amenities I needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the cozy top floor bedroom, despite having to watch out for those low wooden ceiling beams.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

As a satisfied guest, I stayed at a charming old fisherman's cottage with lots of character. The cottage's excellent location near the harbor, shops, museums, art galleries, and craft shops made exploring the area extremely convenient. It provided all the necessary amenities and was great value for the price paid. The comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms were a plus, although taller guests should watch out for the low wooden ceiling beams in the top floor bedroom.
100% Recommend this hotel.
